Ramtown Karate Fitness Training Programs
MMA Circuit Training is extremely popular at Ramtown Karate. Bags, a full professional boxing ring, a fighting cage area, core strengthening stations, and music make up this exercise program. Shed fat, build muscle, increase stability and coordination, and have fun! Our trainers are on the floor teaching correct kickboxing and grappling techniques. Each station can be low impact for beginners (or those rehabilitating an injury), or full out for our athletes preparing to compete. Strength and Conditioning is integrated into each class, and a fully equipped weight room allows our members to supplement their training with strength building. Our instructors use Olympic training techniques to build full body power. |
