Karate contains the most effective strikes in all the martial arts. Learn to use karate kicking to it’s fullest potential to stop the opponent in their tracks. The kicking techniques presented will make contact, and score in contact competitions. This seminar will cover kicks, kick strategy, methods for toughening the leg, and defense against full contact kicks. If you plan to fight in a full contact karate match, a kickboxing or muay thai match, or an MMA competition, you will definately appreciate the training in this seminar.  If you do not plan to compete in a contact event, but want to increase your karate skill for practical self defense, this seminar is also for you.
