Full 2 hour session for ages 8 and over, Novice divisions and above.

Admission: First hour only $15.00, full 2 hour session $20.00

Prepare for the Dixon March 13th NKF qualifier.  Kicks, punch attacks, combo attacks.  Go no sen, sen no sen.  Take downs. Ring strategy and movement. How to make the judges take notice when you show your fighting spirit.
