Top USA Karate competiton is right around the corner!  Polish your kicks, punch attacks, and combo attacks.  Understand and apply no sen, sen no sen.  Prepare your take downs. Gain ring strategy and movement. Be sure that you will make the judges take notice when you show your fighting spirit.
